Mavzeline is an independent online store operated by an individual seller in the United States. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been fully accepted or shipped.
We reserve the right to review, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, payment authorization issues, product availability problems, pricing errors, or inaccurate order information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's procedures.
4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
Product prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed during the shopping and checkout process.
We offer free standard shipping for orders shipped within the United States. International shipping availability and charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our online checkout.
Payment transactions are processed through Shopify and the applicable payment service providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
After a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, estimated shipping transit time is 6–9 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Order processing and shipping transit are separate periods.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs inspections, and other transportation circumstances.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after order processing or carrier handover has started.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@mavzeline.com and include your order number.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or modification requests before fulfillment begins. However, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If an order has already shipped, the return procedures described in our Return & Refund Policy apply after delivery.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights
Return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
For standard returns due to personal preference or an incorrect size selection, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items caused by an error on our part, Mavzeline will handle the applicable return shipping arrangements.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
After an authorized returned item has been received and inspected and the refund has been approved, we will process the refund within 1–3 business days.
For approved refunds that do not require a physical return, processing takes 1–3 business days after approval.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit consumer rights, statutory warranties, or other legal protections that cannot be waived or restricted under applicable law.
