Orders and Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. After an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated shipping transit time is 6–9 business days.
Order processing and shipping transit are separate time periods. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier operations. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. International shipping availability and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Returns and Refunds
Customers may submit return or refund requests within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
For standard returns due to personal preference or an incorrect size selection, items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for these standard returns.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, Mavzeline will handle the applicable return shipping arrangements. We do not charge a restocking fee. These conditions do not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
For authorized physical returns, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and the refund is approved. For approved refunds that do not require a physical return, processing takes 1–3 business days after approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's procedures. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
